Rod Kilde, President
Mr. Kilde was born in 1938 in a small town in Minnesota and became active in his family automobile-heavy truck dealership at the young age of 18.

He worked in Sales, Parts, and Finance working his way up to Management over a period of twelve years.

In 1969 he found himself in Vancouver, BC, Canada where he established a new Branch for a large International semi-trailer company; serving as Branch Manager, a position he remained in for 2 years.

1971 found Mr. Kilde in Minneapolis, MN where he was Regional Manager for a large mobile home distributorship, managing (2) sales centers in the Minneapolis area over a period of 5 years.

In 1979, Mr. Kilde was summoned to Southern California where he took a position of Marketing Manager for an International Marketing Company, specializing in animal feed and human nutritional products with marketing throughout the USA, Canada and Europe.

In 1989, Mr. Kilde found Mineral Transport Service, Inc. providing an International Freight Service to all types of industry throughout the USA, Canada. His 45 years of experience in the marketing and transportation fields has been invaluable in overseeing the day to day operations of a highly successful freight service.

Carson Kilde
Carson, the only native Californian in the Kilde family, chose to be active in the family business at a young age. He spent a few years in the food supermarket field followed by a couple of years in the automobile sales field (following Dad's footsteps). In 1998 he came aboard with Mineral Transport and learned the various jobs involved in dispatch and accounting. His quick grasp of our business and his success in securing valuable, large accounts led to his elevation as Vice President, a position he currently holds. His responsibilities include but are not limited to directing all dispatching and accounting for the company.

Eileen Kilde
Mrs. Kilde is a native Canadian and has followed her husband's career since 1972. She is active in the company business and serves Mineral Transport as Secretary/CFO.
